Brief Answer:
Not related to age, possibly osteoarthritis or diabetes ect.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms you are referring are not normal to your age nor related to menopause symptoms.
The symptoms you are having may be related to health issues and diseases.
I think you should do a total blood count and formula also biochemical blood balance, ERS, xray of neck and chest.
I want to know if you were doing the periodical check ups and if something was spotted there.
The symptoms may be related to osteoarthritis, diabetes or any other issue.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
