Brief Answer:
May relapse with skipping one dose only.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.
The half life of oral haldol is 1 day. It takes 5 half lives for a drug to eliminate from body. However, it depends on the duration of intake of drug also.

Almost same is the case with depakote.

However, clinically, the relapse of psychosis can be seen even with missing one dose. This varies from person to person and also depends on severity and chronicity of the disorder. So, it difficult to predict that after missing how many doses, the psychosis will relapse.

There is usually the re-appearence of symptoms which were initially present. The severity of symptoms usually increase gradually with time. The relapse is not acute in most cases.

Hope this helps.
Thanks
