Brief Answer:
Anti fungal ointment
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Redness in pelvic area does not always means herpes infection
I would advise you to apply a antifungal ointment in the area first locally for 7 days and see as your have not had sexual intercourse
If the redness does not go away then antiviral medicine can be started

Brief Answer:
Salt water bath and oral acyclovir
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Yes I did
I would advise you to bath in warm salt water for 10 days and take oral antiviral medicine called acyclovir with your doctors advise for 1 week.
Though this medicine does not cure it but it reduces its symptoms and prevents further multiplying if at all it is viral herpes simplex
So in short your treatment plan is apply local antifungal medication in the form of ointment, salt water bath and oral acyclovir
