i am 56 and i had parathyroidectomy last year and this year i was diagnosed this year with euthroid sick syndrome and i am taking cytomel for it twice a day. i have tried tea tree oil and tinactin on them. they are really spreading ... it started on the lower part of one leg and now on back, shoulders, all of my arms. they are more noticeable where the skin is exposed to the sun but i do have them other places like upper thighs that are not exposed.

i dont see any other attachments... an no, they do not itch... just unsightly .

i dont see any attachments

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Biopsy may be needed
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the information.
The lesions give an appearance of vitiligo.
You may have to get biopsy of a lesion along with ANA profile testing to rule out the same.
The appearance, parts affected and the fact that it spreads gives into the possibility of it being vitiligo.
Do consult a dermatologist for the biopsy.
Hope, I answered your query.
Please do ask if any doubts.
