Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question in details...
I can understand your concerns

Please note, this could be due to a number of causes. However, I would like to recommend that you measure your blood pressure to exclude hypertension and that you get blood tests to check on kidney functions including urea and creatinine to exclude renal insufficiency (especially considering the fact that you've been prescribed Furosemide).

Also, this could be due to prolonged standing or venous insufficiency which can be diagnosed Duplex ultrasound...

I hope you find this helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
