Brief Answer:
Detailed Clinical check-up and investigations required...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in detail...

Well, at this outset, you need to get yourself thoroughly checked up by a Urologist first...The underlying causes can be several, starting from Neurological, Urinary tract and bladder malfunctioning, certain electrolyte abnormalities or even endocrinological...

Proper thorough sets of investigations required to be done as well (e.g. Blood sugar analysis, serum electrolytes, Kidney function test with urine routine microscopy, USG KUB and Prostate, Thyroid profile, Cortisol level, etc), based on the findings, the Urologist may also advise for Uroflowmetry and Urodynamics study...management depends on the findings and can be done accordingly...

Nothing to worry but don't delay this any longer and get yourself checked up...

Take care
Kind Regards
