Question: i have this issue with my skin. small red area with small clustered bumps on a circle. they are harmless in term of no itching or other issues. they are hard on the touch. i have now 3, 2 on my right arm and 1 on my left arm, but they come and go after a while. they can appere on my legs hands thighs anyway but not my face. i will be adding pics to help. i have this issue for years now.
