Brief Answer:
Hives/ Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the images.

You seem to be having Hives or Urticaria- transient/ evanescent wheals with a surrounding flare. It can be due to some food or food preservative, medication, infection or it can be idiopathic. How long since you have this problem? did you try any medication for it? if yes, did it help?

Hope to assist you further with your concern

Brief Answer:
Regarding red patches on body with itching

Detailed Answer:
thank you for more detail.
I would like to consider a possibility of a fungal infection- red, round/oval, dry, scaly patches with itching and not evanescent unlike hives. Earlier you said that it comes and goes so that made me think in lines of hives because hives usually disappear within 24 hours and then may recur again next day but if your patches are more persistent a d also dry, scaly then they are more likely due to a fungal infection. I suggest you to try a topical antifungal e.g ketoconazole 2%cream, twice daily for a few days. You might also need an oral antifungal like itraconazole or terbinafine. In addition to that you may take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
Take care.
