Question: i have wound in my penis.When i try to clean it also pain. i have done excessive masturbation. there is no pain while during urine. Urine output is good. Is any serious problem. i want to know ,Pls tell solution

Your symptoms and attached images are giving the picture of "Balanitis". It is the penile head infection. There could be a number of causes. Most common include poor personal hygiene, diabetes & STDs. As you are also having discharge from penis so further workup is required. I would suggest you to once visit hospital and get the culture/ examination of discharge. It will help in confirming whether the infection is bacterial or fungal. Once confirmed, doctor will prescribe you antibiotic medication (these are not OTC). Meanwhile following measures will help you in reducing the complaint:
1. Avoid masturbation and sex till your wound resolves.
2. take good care of personal hygiene.
3. wash your penis thoroughly with water after using wash room.
4. Wear light clothes so that clothes do not cause friction over the penile head.
5. Polyfax cream is usually available as OTC and you can apply very small quantity over the external wound.

When I clean the penis there is ring formed and difficult sometimes pennis inside and sometimes goes easily.Pain is there when I try to put pennis inside.

Pain while intercourse can be due to the wound over your penile head. Skin over penis is very sensitive. Even a slight erosion can cause severe pain (specially during intercourse). I would suggest you to avoid intercourse till the time your wound gets back to normal.
Secondly, you can increase strength of the penis by performing different exercises, specially "Kegel Exercises".
Kegel Exercise:
Before staring it, you need to locate the bulbocavernosus muscle. The best and easiest way to do this is by stopping your stream multiple times during urination. The muscle you use to do that is the one you need to target with kegels!
To perform kegels, begin by either lying down, sitting down or standing. Clench the bulbocavernosus muscle and hold for three seconds. Release, and repeat three to five times. Repeat this process at least three times daily for the best results.
As your muscle gets stronger, increase from three seconds to five seconds, and so on. The more you are able to strengthen this muscle, the better the chances are for you to see results. Results won’t happen immediately either. As with any muscle, it will need time to tone and strengthen. Give yourself at least four to six weeks before expecting results.
