I Just Received My Lab Results My Calcium Was A

Question: i just received my lab results
my calcium was a bit high at 10.3
the rest of my results are normal
i am a 50 year old woman and otherwise healthy
what should be the proper follow up ?
i am supposed to travel out of the country july 1 st
could this be a medical emergency?
please advise

I understand your concern, however you have nothing to worry about because this calcium level is close to the upper limit of the norm and it is most probably due to use of calcium supplements or consumption of milk products.

You need to repeat the test in a few month and see if the there is any change.

Your travel will not be affected by these results.
