Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that few PVCS and occasional APCS are very common and wont causes any problem.
However as you are concerned about STT depression’s which could be important so before giving any opinion I would personally like to see your ECG report.
Kindly upload a clear image of your ECG so that i can review it and then advise you accordingly.

Here%E2%80%99s a copy of the report you requested.
here is the interpretation of the halter monitor nothing was listed on the ST episode.
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Sir there is nothing because Holter Monitoring is not done for evaluation of STT changes. It’s done to rule out if any cardiac rhythm abnormality is happening transiently.
For STT changes ecg is the preferred evaluation followed by TMT.
And one more thing which I want to highlight here is that ecg machines usually give some printed interpretation on the ecg paper which sometimes are false. So don’t go with that results. I would suggest you to stick with your doctors advice and opinion.
Feel free to ask if you have any other doubts.
Kind Regards

I had an ecg prior to the halter and nothing showed up. the only reason the I am asking these questions are because I have not had a response from my cardiologist for over 2 days. He was also looking for evidence of Afib which they did not find. just one of the channels found evidence of St depresion that lasted 1:32 . I excerse 3 time on the monitor and there was no further evidence of St depression.
