Makes sitting and walking almost impossible.
There will be redness over the hemorrhoids.

The picture shows redness on and around hemorrhoids indicating a possibility of local dermatitis.
The large on seen on the left side of the picture is indicative of thrombosis that cause intermittent pain that is on and off pain.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Laxatives to keep the stool soft.
Proctoscopy by a General Surgeon or Proctologist to know the exact grade of the hemorrhoids so that proper further management can be done for cure.
