Suddenly my son said more and more time "what are these two orange dots on the screen?" but nobody saw/watched any orange dots. And he went near the screen, the center of the screen.

Brief Answer:
It could be an after image or floaters . Both are harmless

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for the question .

They could be floater which are just few areas of degenerations in vitreous or they could be after images which means he could have seen two bright lights previously and they are being juxtaposed later. Nevertheless given the history and symptoms we should still get an eye exam for him and rule out any refractive errors.

Hope my answer helps you . Regards
