Brief Answer:
Probably a gastrointestinal infection because of something you ate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, you may have a gastrointestinal infection.

It can be related to something that you ate.

It is a very common diagnosis and very treatable, so I suggest you not to worry.

I would recommend taking an over the counter option for the loose stool such as ORS solution.

I also recommend using daily probiotics.

I suggest you use a plain diet, which contains rice, bananas and apple juice.

I also suggest drinking plenty of liquids.

You should avoid caffeine, alcohol and spicy food.

The symptoms will improve in a few days, so don't worry.

Hope I have answered your query.
