Brief Answer:
Probably bradycardia, follow the advice below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms seem to be related to bradycardia which is a drop in the heart rate.
There are many medical conditions causing this symptom.
So, I suggest to do the following examinations for further evaluation:
-An electrocardiogram
-Thyroid hormone levels
-A complete blood count

Meanwhile,I suggest to avoid alcohol or caffeine, which can also trigger the symptoms.
I also would like to know if you are taking any medication currently.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!

Brief Answer:
The symptoms are not typical for a heart attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

The heart attack has other specific symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath and dizziness.
So, In my opinion, it was not a heart attack based on the symptoms referred in the query.
I recommend to do the examinations that I mentioned above to exclude completely the heart attack.

Hope my answer was helpful.
Take care dear,

Brief Answer:
No, if it is not a heart attack, your heart muscle is not damaged.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

No, if it is not a heart attack, your heart muscle is not damaged.
The heart attack damages the heart muscle because of the lack of blood supply.

However, please do an electrocardiogram for further evaluation.
It will help us for better diagnosis.

Hope my answer was helpful.
