I Think I Have A External Hemroid But Upon Google

you're correct, indeed it seems like external hemorrhoid...
Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...
I've checked the attached image and it does seem like an external haemorrhoid...Hard motion and constipation can cause excessive straining which in turn results in the injury of the colon and rectum, and this can further form such haemorrhoids over a certain period of time...
No, let me reassure you it's not at all cancer, so please don't worry...
Now, for symptomatic relief from hemorrhoid, I'd recommend the following:
-Drink plenty of water(at least 2.5ltr per day), have plenty of fresh green vegetables, simple homemade foods, salads, curd based diet, avoid any form of spicy food...avoid smoking/alcohol strictly if at all do...
-If there is any persistent complaint of constipation/hard faecal matter, start taking some stool softener and fluids, i.e. Syp LACTULOSE 15ml once daily at bedtime and observe how you stay (the dose can be further escalated up to 30ml thrice daily based on the initial response)...
-Apart from this, please do not strain while passing motion...
-Take Sitz bath twice to thrice daily (sit in a tub of lukewarm water putting some salt in it)...You can watch a tutorial video of Sitz bath online for proper techniques...
Although the pathology seems to be hard motion, there can be an associated Fissure/ or Internal Hemorrhoid also, so it'll be better to get it examined clinically by a Gastroenterologist or a Surgeon later on for further evaluation...
Let me know if I can assist you further...
Wish you a good health...

Kind Regards

nothing to panic, just follow as already advised...
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
No, there's nothing to panic, don't worry...
Yes, cancerous growths are different in shape, size, regularity, and have numerous other features...Don't google so much on this things as they only tend to show generalized results which in turn can further add on to the existing confusion and anxiety...
Just follow all the advice explained earlier, You'd be seeing the improvement within a while only...As already explained, do get it examined clinically by a Gastroenterologist or a Surgeon later on for further evaluation internally also...
Please don't worry...
