Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr. Gopal Goel orthopedic surgeon.
I have gone through your x rays and they show loss of cervical lordosis and mild reduction of disc space at C3-4.
We do not treat any patient on the basis of x rays only. It will be better if you could detail your symptoms so that I could be of more help. The findings of X rays have to be correlated with clinical findings.
Thanks. Let me know the problems in detail.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your symptoms you are suffering from probably cervical disc disease - mild disc bulge( Can be confirmed by MRI Only). The loss of lordosis is due to spasm in neck muscles.
I would suggest Pain killers , muscle relaxants and physiotherapy for both neck pain and lower back pain. Take the medicines for about 10 days and if you feel that there is no improvement , then we should go for MRI. Start Isometric Neck Exercises as soon as you can tolerate it ( your physiotherapist will teach - how to do them.).
Please let me know if you want any further clarification.
Thanks
