Brief Answer:
Medical treatment and physiotherapy will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted the clinical details and I am happy to note that MRI is normal. If possible, please upload the MRI report.

The best treatment is a combination of medicines and physiotherapy. Effective medicines for nerve pain include pregabalin, gabapentin and duloxetine.

Physiotherapy should focus on pain relief measures such as IFT/ultrasound, followed by isometric neck exercises.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,

Brief Answer:
Report seen.

Detailed Answer:
I have gone through the reports of MRI and X-rays. There is no compression of nerves in MRI. However, there is straightening of cervical spine curvature, which suggests muscle spasm. Spasm of muscles can cause pain.

Please start the following

1. CAP GABAPIN 300 mg twice daily after food for one month

2. TAB MYOSPAZ forte SOS for pain

Physiotherapy- pain relief measures (IFT/ultrasound), neck extension exercises
