Brief Answer:
Probably myositis osificans

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a medical condition called myositis ossificans.

It is a condition that might happen after an elbow surgery.

I suggest to use an anti-inflammatory medication for the pain such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three tablets a day.

You may also use a topical treatment with noninflammatory cream for local application such as Voltaren gel.

I also recommend physical therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
