Question: idk how to start this but on Thursday night I had a dry cough and felt like something in my throat then later I had a tight chest I was up late and I have anxiety and autism and I tend to have anxiety at night I slept and felt better in the morning I stayed up till 8am and slept till 5pm then I felt like I had to poop but couldn't and before all this I had diarrhea the day before which I believed to be from drinking to much alchohol I had mtn dew with a kool acid free sugar packet with alcohol idk if that means anything but yeah and then the day I felt like I had to poop but couldn't was at night but I had gas now the next day I had gas and still had the feeling but then I pooped after taken a shower and felt better but I still have gas for about 2 days now and a slight headache so I'm just worried if something is seriously wrong or I have bad anxiety because I have been freaking out that something is wrong but I feel normal now except for the gas and slight headache could this be anxiety and I weigh around 300 pounds and I have smoked cigarettes before but quit and only smoked them for about 6 months or 8 and I feel slightly tired alot I did have a cigarette around the beginning of this month and got sick felt hot and sweaty had to lie down to feel better I just want to know is this anxiety and stress or is there something serious I'm 22 what is my likely hood only heart attacks run in my family and diabetes and blood sugar problems now its Sunday today I feel better but my eyes feel heavy or weird I think I might have an ear infection and I'm still burbing but my but feels normal I think I might also have a lose of appetite and my ears feel liquidy and there is a slight burn in my throat but it's not to noticable

tonight I'm trying to sleep early then my lower back hurt for a few minutes and now its uncomfortable I slept for a hour or so and woke up with a dry scratchy throat feeling and I still feel like I have gas I believe its from my stomach digesting and I was trying to look up what it may be and I am hoping it is not a kidney infection I have been getting shivers but only when I feel cold

alright well I just learned I won't have my doctors appointment till the end of the month on the 29th do you recommend anything to do to help relieve the symptoms until then that I may be feeling like when I wake up I cough but for the most part I feel okay this morning
