Question: if im having seman leakage and dont have a std but have ED can that be the cause of the semen to leak? i got erctile dysfunctiom from years of taking propecia

Thanks for query .

What you suspect to be semen is not semen but a thick secretion (Mucus) secreted by mucus secreting glands located in Bulbar part of urethra which gets stimulated with sexual audio visual stimuli or sexual thoughts .

Get this confirm by doing microscopic examination of urethral discharge .

As regards your problem of Ed I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and to investigate cause for your Ed .Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and prevent leakage of mucus secretions (Precum)
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
