Im 38 Year Old Female. Hx Of Vetebral Artery Dissection,

Your symptoms are probably not related
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I am sorry to hear about your troubles. Your upper chest flushing after showering could be related to an allergy or something called heat urticaria, where histamine is released in the skin when it is exposed to heat. Does it appear after you eat specific food items?
The other symptoms such as dizziness, pressure in head, headaches and eye pain could be related to the vertebral artery dissection or another cerebral issue. For these symptoms, I would suggest you get a phsysical by a neurologist, possibly also an MRI. In relation to the flushing, a photo of it would be valuable to get closer to a diagnosis.
The liver nodule you mention is most likely a hemangioma, cyst or something similar, completely benign. You shouldn't worry about that, but it is definitely a good idea to get an MRI to be sure.
Where is the nodule in your neck located? Size of the nodule? Has it grown in size over the past 5 years?
Looking forward to hearing from you again.

It doesn't sound like a carcinoid
Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX
It doesn't sound like a carcinoid at all, as this typically presents with random flushing, palpitations, and headaches. It can however easily be excluded as a differential diagnosis by the blood tests.
Hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
