Question: im attaching a photo of my babies foot shes 21 months old and had this reddish spot on her foot which has gone bigger. what is it and what can i use for it?

she had this for a few weeks but now its gone bigger and i cant see anymore anywhere else on her body. she has no fever and i dont think she has any mouth ulcers shes teething so she does put her hand in her mouth but shes eating and drinking well.
i also dont think its itchy because she never touches that spot.
