Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand your concern. This looks like pigmented purpuric dermatosis, which is a condition caused by leaking small blood vessels, causing the blood to pool out of the vessels under the skin. Hence the black looking spots.
The fact that the spots become more visible after standing of sitting for too long, which increases pressure in the lower legs, confirms my suspicion.
Avoid sitting or standing for too long, lift your legs up whenever you are resting and during the night and you may wear a compression stocking when you are standing or walking. If the you experience itching on the black spots you may use an over the counter steroid cream.
Although the cause of pigmented purpuric dermatosis is usually unknown, I recommend you do a blood sugar test to rule out diabetes as a possible cause.
I hope this answers your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
