Brief Answer:
Isciatica possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think that the pain and tingling on feet and and pain in leg and but may be related to an issue of the lower spine.
A pathology of lower spine such a herniated disc can cause compression on the nerve, isciatica that causes the pain in leg and boot and tingling on feet.
You possibly have been taking ibuprofen that may have increased your blood pressure.
You may need to use muscle relaxants such muscoflex, diclofenac for pain and use also antihypertensive drugs to lower the blood pressure.
You should also do a x-ray of spine or MRI to get evaluated.
Also physical therapy may help.
The tingling on hand is not much related to that.

Hope I have answered the question.
