Question: im having burning pain in my stomach and when i touch my stomach from outside, i feel some pain, especially upper XXXXXXX of the pot belly. i%E2%80%99ve been taking nexium and antacid for about 3 days now, but just today i noticed some swelling on my left forearm with some pain. couldnt really sleep yesternight. im diabetic with GERD

Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
Very likely the pain may be due to the formation of ulcers in stomach or duodenum area.
Pain due to Gerd and gastritis usually responds well to antacids.
I would suggest you to go for an endoscopy test to see if there are ulcers in stomach or duodenum.

The swelling in hand is not related to it. You can use an anti inflammatory patch of diclofenac over it but don't take any anti inflammatory orally.
Follow up with reports of endoscopy.
