Brief Answer:
There is nothing to worry with the test results you explain
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask a Doctor service,
I carefully read your query and understand your concern.
The presence of endometrial cells in the swabs is a normal finding as the womb contains endometrial cells. Having a normal pap smear and small cysts in ultrasound is also a normal finding. The fact that you were not asked further tests and examinations is another reassuring factor.
I would say that you do not need to worry about the mentioned results.
In case you can upload the reports of the pap smear and the swab and ultrasound, it would be very helpful to confirm that they were normal and give you a final reassurance.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General and Family Physician
