Question: im6 days ago i had eirher a sinus infection or a cold a long with a tight chest. glands became swollen. sinuses got a bit better. glads felt better then came back much worse and now are really swollen sinuses not as bad j also was spitting up green mucus which im not anymore really. i also have recently been having a ton of heart burn and acid reflux. is the glands due to this or can it be something mkre serious also feels worse when drinking acidic drinks

Hi
As per your description,it looks like Upper respiratory Tract Infection.
Bile will be green in colour.I think it has come out .It is not pus.There is nothing serious.
For swollen glands/Sinusitis, you should take Antibiotic like Amoxycillin and anti Inflammatory tablet twice daily for 5 days to 1 week.
For Heart burn and acid reflux,I prescribe Rabeprazole along with Domperidone once daily before breakfast
Please avoid Cool drinks.
If there is no response from above medication,I prefer CT scan of the Para nasal sinuses.Management depends on the CT scan report.
