Brief Answer:
Stop using and avoid disinfection spray for a period of time and decrease your swallowing because it can cause stimulate your saliva gland to produce more saliva. Anticholiergics medicine and other similar drug to help to reduce the production of saliva.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question Maryanne. Hope I can be of help for you today. Through reading your query I would like to help you with this question. Sorry that you get your mouth watering all the time from disinfectant spray. Mouth watering is excessive production of saliva that mean it increased amount of saliva in the mouth. It is mainly due to neurological disturbance toxic from disinfectant spray to your saliva gland that make it produce more saliva. Can you control your mouth by close and open or good sensation on your mouth? If you have only excessive saliva production without mouth weakness the treatment of it is by treating or avoid the underlying cause. Stop using and avoid disinfection spray for a period of time and decrease your swallowing because it can cause stimulate your saliva gland to produce more saliva. Tooth brushing and mouth wash may have drying effect. If it not improve you need to rule out neurologic disorder or get more evaluation to find the solution for your problem by seeing your doctor. He may give you anticholiergics medicine and other similar drug to help to reduce the production of saliva.

I hope that can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. Wish you have good health.
