Question: inhave degerative myopia bilateral and its been stable for 12 years now at -12. is it possblw for it to have stopped progressing?

If a myopia is stable for 12 years we can safely presume it is non progressive and stable .
We need regular follow up,including yearly retinal examination especially peripheral retina to be examined by indirect ophthalmoscopy and I want you to keep a record of findings so that any change,if there can be monitored..
