Question: intense itchy skin for whole family (self, spouse, child) waiting for dermatologist here in Canada very itchy, watery fluid and skin crusts are formed.. after rubbing or scratching .... it feels burning and blood spot...

1. yes, it is more during night 2. watery fluid bumps are mostly between fingers and palms. red rashes when scratching on body 3. my wife doesn't have bumps on the genital area. but we all have itching at private parts (self, wife and child)

Scabies and its management

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be scabies.
It is a contagious mite infection.
I would recommend you all to apply permethrin 5 percent lotion on the entire body neck downwards at night, keep it for 7-8 hours and then wash it off in the morning.
This has to be repeated after 7 days.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Also apply steroid cream like clobetasol propionate cream on the bumps twice daily for 3 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
