Is BP Of 154/104 And Pulse Of 94 Normal?

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome on HCM!
It seems that your high blood pressure value is due to excessive nervous activation from persistent pain stimuli.
From the other side, you pain characteristics do not look specific for any cardiac related issues.
Coming to this point, it is necessary to consult your attending doctor for a careful physical exam and some additional tests as follows:
- complete blood count,
- resting ECG,
- cardiac enzymes (CK-MB, Troponin I),
- PCR,
- chest X ray study (pulmonary and backbone views),
- CPK,
- LDH
In addition, it is advisable to closely monitor your BP values for a couple of days (several times daily).
Hope to have been helpful to you!
In case of any further questions, do not hesitate to ask me again.
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri

I would recommend as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Yes, the pain could be the cause of this raise in your blood pressure values.
From the other hand all painkillers can cause a raise in blood pressure values.
Anyway, I would recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values, different times during the day (in sitting position after 10 minutes of total relax).
If your blood pressure values are above the normal ranges (140/90 mm Hg)most of the time, you should discuss with your attending physician on the possibility of starting anti-hypertensive therapy, besides painkillers.
Hope to have been helpful!
Wishing good health,
Dr. Iliri
