Brief Answer:
Give an anti-histamine and nasal decongestant

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

If she do not have fever and she is otherwise playful, we need not worry- this is probably a viral illness.

Instead of Flugon, I prefer to give a plain anti-histamine along with a nasal decongestant. You can give her 3ml of Levocetirizine syrup(2.5mg/5ml) at night for 5 days. Along with this, use Saline nasal drops to relieve any nasal block. She will be alright in 3 days.

If she develops fever/cough, or if the nasal discharge becomes thick/yellow/foul smelling, kindly get back to me, so that we can manage accordingly. Otherwise no worries at all.

I hope this answer will help
