Question: is this herpes its started as a friction burn and got bigger now these bumps are here???

It does not look like a herpes lesion.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the photograph.
The lesion does not looks like herpes lesion and more it looks like simple superficial ulcer probably due to friction or minor trauma.
Herpes lesion usually a vesicular one with fluid and later become a crusted one, it is also painful in many cases.
As of now you can apply over the counter available topical antibiotics like mupirocin for faster healing.
