I reviewed carefully the picture you have provided and yes, it does look like early stages of a herpes rash.

It may be a cold sore (caused by herpes virus 1, HSV1) or herpes rash caused by the genital form of the virus (herpes virus 2, HSV2). In both cases, it is not curable but it is treatable. Zovirax cream, as well as Zovirax or Famvir tablets are antiviral medication that will ease the pain and discomfort and shorten the duration of the rash. Aloe vera gel and witch XXXXXXX oil are also a beneficial addition to the main treatment.
