Is Treatment Required For Bicuspid Valve If Murmur Sound Occurs

Please see the detailed answer below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for the query. I can understand your concern. In most severe cases, when symptoms are present at birth or in early infancy, surgical intervention must be performed. Otherwise, people can go their lives without knowing they have bicuspid aortic valve disease.
In case of bicuspid aortic valve, shortness of breath, fatigue, swelling or clinical features of heart failure with dizziness, fainting may be present.
As you have no shortness of breath, fatigue, swelling or clinical features of heart failure, so u may not need any treatment. You also should find out the other causes of dizziness and fainting other than bicuspid aortic valve. In case of patients who have aorta dilatation more than 4.5 cm, they should undergo imaging every yearly. Again, if any aneurysm is present there, then those have aneurysm should be monitored carefully.
As you have no serious symptoms at present, so don't be worried at all.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
