Ive Been Having Some Chest Pain On The Left Side

Question: ive been having some chest pain on the left side for the past few days. I noticed that when I press down on the area its sore. its mostly on the left side of my left breast and above my left breast. That%E2%80%99s where the chest pain is coming from. I haven%E2%80%99t seen any swelling or bruising

If appears like you have Costochondritis which is inflammation of the rib-cartilage junction in front of the chest. It could hurt in pressing, lying down from sitting position or taking deep breath.

It is advisable to take Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for pain relief. Apply warm packs to the painful region. Have a diet rich in Vitamin D and calcium.
