Brief Answer:
Some examinations are recommended to help through the diagnosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
The symptoms does not seem to be related to a pregnancy.
Anyway there is a small chance of pregnancy which should be excluded.
There are many medical conditions causing missing periods such as polycystic ovary syndrome, stress or thyroid hormone changes.
I suggest to do some examinations for further evaluation.
I recommend to do:
-A urine pregnancy test
-An pelvic ultrasound
-Thyroid hormone levels
Hope it helps dear.
Take care,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
