Ive Had Internal Hemmorrhoids For Many Years, Even Got One

i get gastritis easy from previous NAISD use.
ive noticed that when i indulge in prolonged coffee consumption i can get gastritis and irritation in my rectum and lower bowel, which i believe is my hemmorrhoids. its all low toward the rectum.
i had an episode like this about a year ago where everything just felt irritated.
i have no blood, no diarehea, negative fecal blood test tested over 2 weeks.
can coffee/ caffeinee and diet cause this?
i find my gastro%E2%80%99s disagree on this.
i have no external hemmorrhoids
Irritation of the bowel possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to ask a doctor's service .
I read your query and here is my advice.
The caffeine consumption can cause irritation of stomach mucosal lining , gastritis.
Caffeine consummation may also cause bowel irritation and this can be irritable bowel syndrome.
Reducing caffeine consumption is advisable.
Possibly irritation is not so intense to cause diarrhoea or blood but just discomfort. I don't think that this is related to your long history of haemorrhoids. I agree with your gastroenterologist opinion on
saying that haemorrhoids can't be causing that kind of pain and also they don't appear on diagnostic tests.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I am can assist yiu further.
