Brief Answer:
Almost no chances of transmitting std, upload pictures
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and if all your std tests are negative then there are almost no chances of transmitting a sexually transmitted infection.
I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected rash under the report section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Alternatively you can mail the pictures to YYYY@YYYY as “ Attention : Dr Asmeet”.

Brief Answer:
Lichen planus, won’t pass on to your partner
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be lichen planus.
It is an immune related disorder of the skin.
It is not a sexually transmitted infection and also not contagious.
It won’t pass on to your partner.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will help in resolving the rash.
Topical steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
