Based on the information, I suspect it due to weakness in the ligaments.
There could have been history of milder forms of trauma or joint damage due to overweight.
You can take painkillers when pain is more but have to take joint health-improving medications like TAB LUBRIJOINT 750 daily for 1 month to see a considerable difference.
