Question: l am having pain in my pelvic and my right abdomen

I have seen the attached scan report. Your uterus has a fibroid which is a benign growth but can cause heaviness of pelvic region. The pain in the right lower abdomen can be related to gas and indigestion or due to a urinary infection. Is there any associated burning in urination or constipation or vomiting?
The ultrasound report attached is more than 6 months old. The pain in abdomen needs fresh evaluation after an examination and an ultrasound scan. A urine test will also help in ruling out any infection.
Till then taking an over the counter anti spasmodic can help.
