When was the pregnancy test positive?
If last week there was sac, the embryo should have been slightly larger than 2mms. Heart beat is seen when the embryo is around 4 mms. Get a scan done again after a week for final decision regarding weather it is healthy or not.

my previous scan was on august 10. and first positive preg test was on july 8.
