Last Week, I Had A Perianal Abscess Surgery. (roight Around

It is called secondary closure!
Detailed Answer:
HI,
This seems appropriate. Because the incision site was infected at that time, closure would have not allowed for appropriate healing and would have certainly failed. After 11/12days, if the incision site was quite deep and would make natural healing long and difficult, it is appropriate to attempt a secondary closure. This is similar to what is done when someone has an infected wound at the time of surgery such that closure is deferred until there is no more active infection.
In all, this seems appropriate if the incision is very deep and healing would be difficult.
I hope these guides and helps. I wish you well.
Feel free to follow up with me as you please.

Very unlikely!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up.
There would be no long-term worries as long as the healing goes on smoothly. You have no reasons to get worried about this in the future.
I Wish you well and feel fret follow up with me should you have any further concerns.
