Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The area you have mentioned is looking congested but no growth or ulceration is there. It doesn't look like malignancy. But it is always better to consult an Ent surgeon or general surgeon nearby to have a look. But we cannot see any growth over the area. It looks like it's congested and dilated vein is present. So no need to worry. Drink more water. Avoid smoking, alcohol or pain chewing. Please review if you have any queries.
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. It doesn't look like growth. It's the tongue papillae which look like projections or glands and there are also rugosities present in the tongue. These rugosities are impression of the muscle fibres. It doesn't look like growth. But it's always better to get an ent surgeon consultation.
