Left Side Of My Tongue In The Back Inside Is It Look Normal?
Question: Hello doctor, the pictures below is for the left side of my tongue in the back inside. Is it look normal?? The area that i circled in one of the images is it normal or it is a lesion? Is it cancer? Waiting for your answer thanks.

Hi doctor, i saw the dilated vein but what about the circled area (please see picture below) is it look normal? Because i see like grains is those like glands or something?? Please take a look on the circled area!
