Let Me Know If I Can Undergo Lasik For Power Correction
Question: I have a power of -6 on both left and right eye. I do have dry eyes. And my power has been consistent for a year. I am a software engineer by profession. PL let me know if I can undergo Lasik for power correction. How many days of rest is required? Also I have a cylinder power of -0.25 on left eye

In an ideal situation,you are supposed to have crossed 22years of age and the power has to be stable for at least two years before surgery is contemplated.
There are few tests like pachymetery and detailed fundus examination have to be performed beforehand.
For at least six months,post surgery, lubricant eye drops have to continue.
