Looking For Advice On Miscarriage I Think I May Have
Question: looking for advice on miscarriage i think i may have had one a few weeks ago , i finished my period or what i thought was my period and then a week later i started heavy bleeding , really heavy compared to normal then one night i had very severe sharp shooting pains on and off for an hour in my stomach late at night then the following day i passed a rather large blood clot , larger than i've seen before , this was around 4 weeks ago now , i'm due my period now and now one week late

It is possible you might have had an abortion from the foregoing However, 4weeks passed means no test can reliably say whether you were pregnant or not as all tests would have returned to nonpregnant titers. I will say in future should you have any such concerns, always get a pregnancy test soon after the events so as to accurately document what might be going on.
In all, sounds like you were pregnant but that cannot be confirmed at this time because you have had many weeks pass by and no test would be reliable.
