Low back pain with sciatica is usually due to compression of the nerve supplying the legs sure to slip disc in the spine.

Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy objects. Apply warm packs to the back for relief of muscle spasm. You can take Paracetamol and Gabapentin for relief.

You may need an MRI to see how much the nerve root is compressed and if it needs surgery to decompress it.
