Ls There An Immune Boost Vitamin Drug That L Can Always Take To Boost My Immunity?

Supplement Only if documented deficiency is present
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Unless there is a documented deficiency, prescribing multivitamins and poorly studied products should be avoided. For example, you mentioned blood cells, If the complete blood count shows that they are low, with hypochromic microcytic blood cells, with iron deficiency on iron panel then iron supplementation is a must but if the CBC is normal then there is no need.
Anyways, the only product which I have a good experience with my patients is Korean Ginseng which is reported to have immune supportive properties.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
