Question: lumbar sacral pain, very sharp and excruciating, can't bend forward, was in a yoga class and doing sideways bend and then pain started, can't walk properly and in pain while sitting pain is now in hips also she also does weight training patient : Female 22 years old
We have got xray report saying loss of lumbar lordosis. What needs to be done?
Pls recommend a local analgesic gel and an oral muscle relaxant. She is 22 years old. Xray report says everything else is normal

These are easily available over the counter. She can also take a mild pain killer like Aleve after meals for relief. For persistent relief she needs an oral muscle relaxant like XXXXXXX or Flexeril or Zanaflex. But these are all prescription only medicines. You will need to consult your physician to get these prescribed.
